Casa Donna Rosa is an apartment in San Foca, on the coast of Melendugno. The vacation home offers up to 4 beds, for relaxing vacations on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
The house is on the second floor of a building 200 meters from the beach and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, electric oven, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Donna Rosa is a solution located on the second floor of a building in
the center of San Foca, 200 meters from the sea. It is autonomous and
independent.
Stairs lead to the second floor where the apartment
is developed. The entrance is into a large air-conditioned living room,
furnished with sofa and TV. From the living room there is access to the
balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs for relaxing in the cool
of the summer evenings.
A corridor leads from the living room to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and
1 full shower room. From the double bedroom you exit onto a balcony
equipped with a washstand. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen completes the
apartment.

Donna Rosa is located right in the center of San Foca, a famous resort
on the coast of Melendugno where all the main services are present.
Everything
is within walking distance, including the beautiful beaches of San Foca
both free and equipped and award-winning for accessibility and quality
of services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
