In the area in front of the room, on the lawn and shaded by a thatched roof, there is a private relaxation area.

The estate with a pool is located in Frassanito, very close to the sea in the Otranto area and to the beautiful seaside resorts along the Melendugno coast. Just a few minutes away are the beaches of Alimini and some of the most famous towns in Salento on the Adriatic coast, such as the seaside resorts of Melendugno, San Foca, Roca, and Sant’Andrea.
The Alimini Lakes are a 5-minute drive away. Nearby towns are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing access to all major amenities.
Torre dell’Orso, the famous Grotta della Poesia in Roca Vecchia, and Torre Sant’Andrea with its beautiful sea stacks are all very close by.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 20 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
