Enjoy your stay! Please make sure you watch any kids that can not swim and watch the back with kids who can not swim! Please take all trash out on trash days or you will be charged! Pool is not heated. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk, If you have a pet please pick up all dog poop and clean up after pet. Please make sure to put everything in a trash bag and put everything in trashcan.

If anything is stolen, damaged or misplaced you will be charged or could have charges pressed against you. Please follow all the house rules in the listing. Deposit is required is you do not have reviews.

House was clean and had everything we needed. Felt very spacious and like home. Would definitely rent again if in the area. We went over Christmas so we wrapped a palm tree and lights and my 3 year old niece loved opening her gifts outside

We had a great stay! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient close to stores and the highway which made it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

In a great neighborhood in a nice part of town, right off the 95. Easy access to north and south and a great selection of eateries and shopping close by.
