Decent hotel for the price and good pre cruise location to stay at. Near several places to eat and shop. Walmart is next door and you know they have everything...lol. Lineen was welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Hotel does not have on site security or cameras to keeps guests safe. General Manager firmly stated he has no intention to provide property security or offer any empathy to hotel guests following a guest incident requiring law enforcement. La Quinta needs to address immediately and make appropriate changes in all areas. IT WAS HORRIBLE. Do NOT stay there!

I didnt like that as a family of four we were in a room with ac on 60 sweating like we were in a sauna! It was near midnight when i notified your staff via text message like the text message said we could! My family was MISERABLE the whole night. When i was about to check out...i told staff and she says i should have notified them in which i told her i did via text message like the text message told me to and was informed they dont pay attention to that like i should have known. Not a pleasant experience.

We had two rooms. One room the smell of mold and mildew was awful and the room was just very dated. The frames around the door were rusted. The second room only one light worked and the shower was clogged and toilet stopped working. Would not stay here ever again.

I had to seek a refund instantly after seeing this place. It is poorly kept. The carpets are extremely dirty. They were offering me a different room than what I prepaid to get. The smell was bad, I was literally scared to spend a night there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Service was good overall. It was very dirty and smelled. Carpets were filthy. Hotel room was not clean, beds were very uncomfortable. AC was loud we had a hard time sleeping. No additional outlets for charging your phone or plugging in your computer. Pool area seems like it was kept up. Had a lot of stores and food areas to eat nearby.
