The 2 things we had an issue with are the pillows are absolutely horrible and that the curtain on the side was broken and since they are electric, we couldn’t close the blackout all the way and all of the outside parking area lights were bothersome at night.

Everything was good, but at 6:00 in the morning the fire alarm went off for several minutes. No one advised it was just a false alarm. Apparently a client burned a toast inside the toaster. It was a scary incident.
