I am not hapoy with a backed up tub and then when I bring the GIANT HAIRBALL to the front desk, I am told, “oh sorry about that”. How does a hotel do that and then just say sorry so flippantly?

I don’t use the laundry, the pool don’t look clean. The breakfast is awful. Just coffee and fruit bar like only 4 bars in the stand, no napkins. The stove in the room the burners rusted and the oven not clean.
