The TipSea Turtle Retreat is a completely remodeled 1930's pool home with elements of eclectic character. Location Location Location!! we are licensed in the town of Melbourne Beach, #CVR25–0012.
Park your car once you arrive to TTR and you won't need it until you have to leave the island. Max 4 cars and 10 guests per town rules. We have a rear gate access to plaza shops, restaurants and grocery store steps away. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, library, park, tennis courts, Indian River Lagoon, amazing sunsets, fishing pier, bait shop, surf shop, historic landmarks and much more all with in 3 blocks. Locals refer to this area as the "Golden Triangle" because it is the only neighborhood you do not have to cross A1A to get to the beach:) You are about 300ft to the beach, turtles and surf! The home was designed for vacationers in mind with 4 of the bedrooms having their own brand new on-suite bathrooms. We also have our own pool with plenty of outdoor lounge space to enjoy the beachside atmosphere. Stroll to the beach with your morning coffee to watch the spectacular Atlantic Ocean sunrises and waves crashing or in the evening stroll to the river to watch the beautiful sunsets! The variety of walkable restaurants are incredible, from casual ocean front dining at Sands on the Beach and 302’s to more sophisticated, Dijon's Steak and Lobster House with a fabulous piano bar. We are excited to share this home with you to enjoy the peaceful small beach town atmosphere at your doorstep! No pets allowed for this property. We do have an option to heat the spa tub attached to the pool, $35 per day
