Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.

Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.
