Atypical country cottage-style mobile home, quiet and bucolic

A very charming, air-conditioned mobile home in a small country house style, ideally suited for 4 adults but accommodating up to 6 adults, located in a secure, gated community (with a caretaker) in Méjanne-le-Clap (30 Gard). It features one bedroom with a 200x160cm bed (sheets provided) and a 180x60cm child's bed on a mezzanine (sheets not provided). There is another bedroom opening onto the terrace with two 190x90cm beds (sheets provided). An additional 2 people can sleep on the 190x140cm sofa bed (extra charge and sheets not provided). The mobile home includes a bathroom with toilet, kitchen, living room, dining area, and a large 20m² covered terrace (enclosed in winter). It sits on a private 200m² wooded plot with direct access to the forest and a shed containing deck chairs and sun loungers. The residence includes 1 children's pool + 1 large pool (from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather), tennis courts, volleyball, mini-golf, pétanque, children's playground, foosball, ping-pong, clubhouse bar and snack bar (with entertainment only in July-August). The town, a blend of Cévennes and Provençal village with its central (pedestrian) square at 900m with all amenities at the foot of the Cévennes in a Natura 2000 zone (tourist office), close to Uzes and Ales, ideal for visiting the Ardèche and Cèze Gorges, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Pont du Gard, Sautadet waterfalls, La Rocque/Cèze, the Concluses de Lussan as well as all the caves and Aven (Salamandre, Orgnac, Chauvet) Nîmes 1 hour away, the Mediterranean 1 hour 30 minutes away, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horse riding, aquatic center with slides, sports complexes and many other activities to do, see and discover. Lively and festive in July and August, the residence was designed primarily for those seeking a haven of peace, tranquility, and relaxation in a verdant setting. It's the perfect place for a truly fulfilling family holiday, where children will love exploring the park and where you can recharge and forget all your daily worries. This accommodation is more than just a rental property for us. It's our second home, where we love to spend our holidays, and we're happy to share it with you. As a matter of principle, we don't charge a cleaning fee, preferring to rely on trust. Therefore, we ask that you leave the property clean and undamaged.
