After 900km driving we got a room not as we requested during the reservation, nevertheless, after talking to reception they made our experience just perfect! Positive: staff, great picturesque location, everyday music entertainment and children activities, spa, French specialities cuisine, shuttle to the ski resort Feedback to improve.. Breakfast: No vegetables and no nuts for vegans, would love to have more chicken/turkey options for those who don’t eat pig meat, also very important, please, put more water distributors as we found always finished Dinner: Just great service from Felix, Cindy, Allena and a guy with beard, however, during waiting it would be nice to have a salad buffet with bread as we felt lack of it. Also for kids menu would be great to have more options. For the rest it’s nice variety of French menu. Compliments! Spa: No doubts it is one of the strengths of hotel but pls open time slot for jacuzzi to book in order to avoid a live queues downstairs. Also we would appreciate a tea corner with fresh apples as other hotels have to refresh yourself after sauna and for better waiting process of spa access For the rest, our overall impression is just memorable: everybody including shuttle driver, barman and chef were very accommodating and helpful. A big thanks to all the staff! Great team job! See you soon back

Mooi hotel met indrukwekkend zicht op de Mont Blanc. Het verwarmde 22,5m zwembad en de ruime omgeving rond het hotel zijn aangenaam. Er is voldoende parking aanwezig, en zelf als het hotel druk bezet is, heb je niet het gevoel dat er veel volk is. Megeve ligt op 1,5km en is werkelijk een alpendorpje uit de boekjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam.

Un hôtel simple et propre à prix très correct.

Hôtel situé au calme au dessus du centre de Megève accessible en voiture ou par les navettes de l'hôtel. Les chambres bien que petites et mal isolées phoniquement sont propres avec salle d'eau-wc récente. Accueil et personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le restaurant au décor basique est très correct. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour Megève qui ne se développe plus que dans le luxe et les tarifs élevés.

Aucune route dégagée pour accéder à l'hotel. De plus il est bruyant et les chambre minuscules. La navette proposée la journée pour aller au centre est surchargée :pas assez de place pour tout le monde malgré les réservations et très en retard (A/R). Les conseils à l'accueil (stations, locations de ski...) nous ont fait perdre du temps sur les activités car ils n'étaient pas corrects. Heureusement, le personnel est gentil, le Spa est agréable, nous avons eu la possibilité de garder la chambre plus longtemps.
