Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
