POOL NOTICE: The swimming pool is closed from 1 November to 30 April. Pool heating is available during the open season upon request. Please notify us at least 3 days before your arrival if you require heating. The heating system is switched off when the outdoor temperature exceeds 30°C.

COMPLEX: Villa Franka is situated within a complex alongside Villa Eva, yet each villa ensures privacy with its own private pool and patio for outdoor dining.
PETS: Small pets are allowed. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet along.
HOUSE RULES: This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
POOL: Pool heating is available. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you require pool heating.
