Awesome home in Pula with sauna

If you are a group looking for a large villa near the sea that can accommodate up to 16 people, we have just the thing for you and it's called Villa Holiday! The villa is a 4-storey house with plenty of space on a total of 630m2.



When viewed from the pool, on one side of the ground floor there is a well-equipped fitness area so you can stay active on vacation, but there is also a sauna and solarium. On the other side of the ground floor there is a tavern with a kitchen, two large dining tables and a large stone barbecue so that you have a space where all your fellow travelers can spend time together. There is also a pool table at your disposal, which will be great fun for both the youngest and the slightly older guests. :) The whole area has direct access to the terrace and the outdoor area.



One floor up you reach the first three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms each have a large single bed. There are also two bathrooms, another kitchen with dining area and another living room on this floor.



Take the stairs up to the second floor, which has four bedrooms for a larger group. One bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, while two other bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) share a bathroom. Next to it is another living room and a kitchenette with direct access to the balcony. On this floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed and another bathroom. The fourth bedroom has another mini-kitchen with living area.



Finally, on the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds, which share a bathroom. There is also a living room with dining area and kitchen as well as a semi-covered terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view.
