The popular holiday destination in southern Istria is known for its gently sloping sandy beach Bijeca, which is only about 500 metres away and is excellently suited for families and couples.



The approximately 44 m² apartment offers space for up to four people and impresses with a tastefully furnished living and dining area. Here you will find a cosy sofa bed, a dining table for four people, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals - including a refrigerator, cooker, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils.



From the living area, you can access the covered terrace, which invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors with a table and chairs. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and window. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. A washing machine is available for communal use at the landlord's (for a fee).



The house is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic - ideal for a relaxing holiday. A private parking space per apartment is available. Supermarket and restaurants are just a few steps away, and the promenade of Medulin with its numerous cafés, ice cream parlours and boutiques is conveniently within walking distance.
