Nice sized bathroom but the bedroom was extremely cramped. Also the duvet was far too warm and pillows excessively large. Didn't get even 1 night of good sleep. Toilet flush didn't work and half the time poops were floating around. Ewwww. Towel rail and toilet seat was lose. Toilet seat was not even soft close. Lobby didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating but didn't bother raising all these issues. Food was excellent. 5 star food but physical hotel itself was more like a 20 year old 3 or 4 star. Some finishings and furniture were quite worn out and old looking.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, and the biggest advantage continues to be the location. It’s only a few steps from Masjid Nabawi and very close to the women’s entrance, which makes everything so convenient, especially during busy hours. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, and overall the service feels warm. The breakfast team was especially kind and attentive. I forgot the name of the gentleman helping us every morning, but he genuinely made the experience better with how accommodating he was. The front desk staff was polite as well. Breakfast itself was good; it could be improved a little, but overall it was enjoyable. The one major issue I’ve had, both during this stay and my previous stay, is the AC in the room. It seems to stay on all day yet never actually cools the room. Maintenance did come and try to fix it, but unfortunately it still didn’t work properly. For the price I paid and the standard this hotel aims for, this is something that really needs to be addressed. Everything else was great, but the AC problem is the main reason I can’t give a higher rating until it’s resolved.

Expedia's flight bookings are not secure. My booking got cancelled without notification. I was devastated at the airport to know i am unable to get on to the flight and missing out on my spiritual trip. Expedia didnt respond professional and wasnt accountable for all the damaged caused. They didnt refund my ticket or the hotel stay of or offered a credit note for future trip. Terrible decision is to book through expedia.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The hotel is so clean, on multiple occasions I had spotted staff members cleaning the elevator floor entrance. Every staff member that saw you would greet you, check if you needed anything. Our waking hours were all over the place, but any request we’d make at any hour (housekeeping, more water, toiletries etc) they were all responded to almost immediately. Once after breakfast, I had asked the reception for water, by the time I got upstairs, the bottles were there. The hotel has dates and tea in the lobby as soon as you enter. The location is so good, it’s on the north side of the mosque, you can enter the haram within seconds of leaving the hotel. We added breakfast as part of our reservation, best decision I’ve ever made. The hotel deserves 5 stars for the omelette alone. The food selection is very very big. The rooms were very clean. We booked a room with 2 twin beds even though we wanted a king (last minute booking), we put the beds together ourselves, we didn’t bother asking the staff, but the next time we stepped out, the hotel staff put the beds together properly including king sized sheets. This was very thoughtful and it makes you feel like you’re taken care of. Another note is we booked the hotel and went to check in 3 minutes later. And somehow, the rooms were ready for us. I was so impressed by this alone. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful

Amazing! Super close to the prophet’s mosque. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the shopping and market. I strongly recommend to include breakfast and dinner buffet in your package to enjoy one of the best dining experience.
