Although this is probably the nicest hotel in Madinah right by the prophet’s mosque we had a couple of issues. Even though we paid for breakfast it wasn’t available since their kitchen was shutdown, they offered us to go to another hotel after getting upset, it was hugely inconvenient. They had construction going on in the room above us which prevented us from sleeping during the day, we called to complain but not much was done.

The lobby was small and unimpressive. The room was lovely and had excellent toiletries. The breakfast was disappointing. Lots of variety which gives the impression it is plentiful. However the meat pastries were refrigerator cold. No fresh juices, quantity, no quality. Rooms were clean. Staff lovely
