The room was not cleaned despite my request for daily housekeeping. The staff were not very accommodating; I asked for tea and sugar to be brought to the room, but no one followed up. The elevators took a long time to operate, and although I understand the hotel was busy, it took over 30 minutes for someone to collect our luggage from the room. Overall, the level of friendliness and service did not meet our expectations. In contrast, our experience at the Mecca hotel was excellent and made us feel truly at home. Unfortunately, during our stay here we felt overlooked and not properly cared for. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to choose this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Clean spacious rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Good food and shopping. So close the the mosque of the beloved. Haram view rooms are worth the price. Breakfast is a little pricey and likely not worth it. Also as you are in front of the Imam you cant pray in your room with the Jamaat.

I booked for 3 nights. Sent an email to them and text to ask to push forward my one night as I got sick in Makkah. When I got to the hotel they refused to accommodate my request despite having paid via hotels.com 3 nights. The customer service is terrible. They do not care about you needs since they get lots of groups staying at their hotel. Despite asking them several times and informing them in advance of my condition to not be able to make it to the first night they were very cold in their response. I would not stay there again. It’s overpriced for no reason. The ladies gate is still a long walk.
