Room was huge and hotel gave us complementary Bed as well. Temperature of the room was excellent. Staff is major stars of the hotel. At break fast CH Berkat gave us excellent service and brought good And tea to our table. Not to mention that Breakfast was amazing. Only down side is that room is bit dated and need renovations. Overall amazing experience.

A lot of substandard items, Expedia must reconsider for list Madinah Delux hotel for Canadian,and my wife and I suggest this hotel should be delisted. - unrecognizable for Uber ride, Uber took more than an hour , yet had to cancel the ride - Recalled taxi Driver , took over an hour to identify the location. Taxi driver had to stop several places for asking local people for location, - Dirt Road - No signs and Hotel Sign board - No room service at all - very rundown area

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is a 5 min walk to masjid-un-Nabi. Also a couple of mins to the as-saffiya museum which has plenty of eating in options and we would go there for food in the evenings.
