room was small but very clean. had everything what you may need. breakfast was very good. location was excellent. 2 mins from mosque. staff was friendly. lifts were small and crowded in the peak time. so had to give some extra time at prayer times. may book it again next time when going to Madina.

The room was so clean and comfortable, we chose it for the location which was excellent but the breakfast and the service, especially the ones that stored our luggage and helped us get a taxi went far beyond what we expected. Would happily stay there again!

The room wasn't cleaned properly, rubbish on floor stick residue that got onto our sandals and when we showed the cleaners they responded with 'it was from before' which further proved our room wasn't properly cleaned. Had to asked several times to remove the stickyness. Also, when asking for amenities we would have to ring several times. I would not go back
