You get what you pay for.

0 service. We asked for water bottles 5 times over 2 nights, no one brought us anything. There was no towels for the shower etc. Upon arrival, the help desk told us they only had one room for us even though we booked 2. Had to wait 1 hour to get another room which should have already been booked. Rooms were initially clean but no one came to clean afterwards. Hotel has a nice shuttle which takes you to Al-Haram very quickly.

A good stay

I loved how it was only a 20 minute walk to masjid al nabawi. During that walk there are so many local business you can shop which is so much cheaper. The hotel offered a iftar and suhoor which was very good simple but tasty. Only thing I would criticise would be the mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like a spring was poking me while sleeping. To reduce this feeling I placed another duvet and it was more comfortable. The cleaners are so nice. The place is very old since the bathroom tiles were falling apart and water was seeping through the cracks.

Clean, Basic but just too many minor issues.

hotel and service were ok, main issue is really location which is at least 20 mins walking to the courtyard of the haram but you have to cross a major highway to make it in that time otherwise its at least 30 mins walking around the various concrete barriers. There is a free shuttle bus but this does not leave until the bus is full each time and thus allot of people just used to give up and walk instead of waiting, sometimes upto 30 mins before leaving. We had a triple room which was quite cosy but manageable, 1 toilet roll between us so we had to ask for more everyday from housekeeping. the bathrooms and carpets etc all look quite dated, there was heavy refurb going on in the lobby so maybe they are upgrading but overall it was probably value for money but if we had younger or older family members with us it would have been worst. The staff were generally helpful whenever we did ask for anything and overall we probably got what we paid for but unlikely to use again. The only positive was the Food Master restaurant next door was probably one of the best Pakistani food places we have ate in, was 24 hours and served all the classics really well, would highly recommend.
