Great: Staff was great and room was well-maintained and clean. Bad: Remodel was well done except a couple of things. 1. They did not add any insulation in this old building so is is very quiet most of the time, but very noisy when quests have small children or are playing music. 2. The room I was in was cold due to the windows, which were very thin and not appropriate for a winter climate, and were leaking air. My suggestions for this property are to set AND enforce a 10pm to 6am quiet time, to change the windows to thick double-paned that do NOT open, and if possible add some insulation between the floors.
