It’s a really great quiet location, especially if you’re all over the place as far as wanting to go to Medford and Central point in Jacksonville and Ashland, which we did.

We didn’t end up staying. The air freshener/cleaning product smell was too overwhelming and the shared parking/yard area was the territory of the owner’s dog.

Clean and cozy studio that met my needs. The area is very quiet and I had a restful night's sleep. The only thing that could be improved is to have lighting shining on the stairs/walkway as it does get very very dark out there.

Great studio space with lots of amenities packed into a well designed floor plan. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great view of the hills, close to Jacksonville and easy to get into oMedford. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals.

Everything was neat and cleanThe owners thoughtfully left a bed and bowls for our dog which was above and beyond what we expected. There is a small sitting arra in the yard with an umbrella . So we were very happy. All in all a pleasent stay.

We loved the location and it was super clean. However, it wasn't set up all that great for dogs during the winter. No fenced yard, no place to wipe paws after coming inside. And the Kitchenette was not well equipped. No dish rack, no water kettle, and no sponge! The coffee cups were super small and there was no cutting knives! The shower never got hot, which was super disappointing in such cold weather. We did appreciate the extra dog bed, water bowls, and blankets that were provided! The TV was very cool but hard to watch from the bed. Overall give this spot a 3.5 of 5 rating. Could be easily updated to improve function.

A Perfect Overnight Stay What a charming property! The home was clean and beautifully decorated, making for a cozy retreat. This is a nice quiet spot between Medford and Jacksonville. I was 10 minutes to everything, and only 15 to the airport. Very convenient, quiet and cute.
