Simple efficient room with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We arrived at 10pm and left at 9 am so all we cared about was sleep and the bed was pretty comfortable. The price was right and there is a sweet coffee shop just across the parking lot

Never stayed at one of these. It was all fine but I was also running on about 4 hours of sleep so I was very asleep. Does look like a place that wants to upsell things like plates and pans of you're here long term. No breakfast, which was not an issue for me, but something to keep in mind if you're comparing

Great for weekend volleyball tourney

The young man at the front desk was incredibly efficient and friendly. Was really nice to have a fridge with an ice maker in the room although the ice maker was loud - we would just turn it off at night. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Would stay again! Also has a GREAT coffee shop right next door.
