this room was booked through Orbitz.com. for 2 nights. I booked a deluxe room with micro and frig. there was NOTHING "DELUXE" about that room. I did a virtual tour of the room I booked and the room i got was NOT that room. we checked out the next morning. staff made no effort to give me the room i booked I dont know if Orbitz misrepresented the room or is Motel 6 misrepresented the room but room 159 was NOT the room I was expecting.

The office staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately my neighbors were not. Cussed, yelled, screamed until 2 am. Room was clean but I did have trouble with the air conditioning which the staff helped me with.

Old door entry system. I am experienced with knowing not to have card keys by iPhone or credit cards. However, after being keyed iand finishing necessary paper work for check in. I had to go back as my room entery cards would not work. This was challenging after 12 hours of driving. However with long road trip this is a hreat hotel to vrash at on I5 coordinator.
