The yard was absolutely beautiful, flowers everywhere, cobblestone paths, trailing vines. There was a bbq grill right off the kitchen for your use as a washer and dryer. Living room was lovely and comfortable, a large tv with many channels.The only con was a neighbor played music loud enough that I heard it and the connecting condo was tapping on something around 9 pm to about midnight. I would still stay here though

This is a great place to stay in Medford. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this house if you are going to Medford

I stayed here with my friend and her husband joined the following day. My friend and I did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the kitchen. The photos of this house just don't do it justice!

Well appointed cottage

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.

Great location for celebrating the holidays

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.

Good Location

We did enjoy our stay and it was very convenient. The back yard photo in the listing of the round table and umbrella was no where near the actual backyard table. It was too hot to be outside, otherwise we would have like to use it and would not have been able to. That was the only disappointment.

Great stay in Medford

Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the house. What a warm welcome!
