The front desk clerk was extremely rude . Not helpful at all . We had an extended stay of 7 days so it was not a cheap stay for us . We were treated very poorly throughout our entire stay . Staff was very rude . I would not return here .

Our room Never got cleaned and when we went to go get more towels the front desk worker was very hesitant to give us any. She said the owners were watching and she gets nervous giving towels away.

I’ve stayed here before and each time hotel staff was very friendly, easy to check in and out, the rooms very clean, the breakfast is always delicious and always enjoy the pool. I would recommend Clarion Point to family and friends who stay in Medford.

The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was very good tasting eggs and saysage. The variety was good. We did not use the hot tub. I liked that you could buy snacks.

Staff was very friendly. Room was decently clean. You could tell there had been water damage at some point. There were water trails down the wall with the picture on it. The bathroom was decently cleaned and stocked but the ceiling again had some water damage. Small areas were bubbled and crumbling. Not sure if the damage was recent or not. Beds were decent. Pillows were fluffy. Tried the hot tub. It was warm but not hot. It was not up to the correct temp.
