In the last two years, the hotel’s, breakfast and general appeal has gradually decreased. The pool and hot tub maintenance seems to be deteriorating along with some of the rooms. The hot tub was barely lukewarm on my stay and the free breakfast continues to decline. BG’s diner across the river is a better value in every respect.

I had requested a shower chair upon arrival. A few hours later, I asked again on our way out to dinner. When we can back, there was no one at the front desk and still no shower chair. So I was unable to shower in the morning. I complained in the morning to the manager, Stephanie, who was very nice, but unable to do much as we were leaving. She couldn’t give a discount because we had booked through Expedia. She did offer a 50% on our next stay, but that’s not likely to ever happen. Also, the breakfast was abysmal. Round “scrambled “ egg disks, limp bacon, cheap bread. I guess the fresh waffles were ok. Coffee was horrible. And the 1/2 hour we were in there, no one came in to clean the tables or replenish the food. YUCK!
