I had requested a shower chair upon arrival. A few hours later, I asked again on our way out to dinner. When we can back, there was no one at the front desk and still no shower chair. So I was unable to shower in the morning. I complained in the morning to the manager, Stephanie, who was very nice, but unable to do much as we were leaving. She couldn’t give a discount because we had booked through Expedia. She did offer a 50% on our next stay, but that’s not likely to ever happen.
Also, the breakfast was abysmal. Round “scrambled “ egg disks, limp bacon, cheap bread. I guess the fresh waffles were ok. Coffee was horrible. And the 1/2 hour we were in there, no one came in to clean the tables or replenish the food. YUCK!
