This hotel has an excellent, professional and friendly staff. The room is spacious, with newer furnishings, a comfortable bed, excellent pillows, a wonderful recliner, and very clean. This is one if the best hotels that I've ever stayed at in over 15 yrs of booking hotels online. I could stay here for weeks.

This place is just a few miles out of Medford and is always clean, quiet, and reasonably priced compared to the Medford area; there's a decent restaurant within walking distance, and a gas station a few blocks away. I've stayed there several times now and will again.

Run of the mill average hotel. Can hear the I-5 traffic, room had an over the top air freshener plugged in that we had to unplug, and the light from the smoke detector was really bright and had to put something over it to darken the room. Friendly staff and room was presentable!

The front desk was helpful and understanding. They said Wifi available. I couldn't get on, tried all night. The bed was great! Very comfortable and clean. The only available restaurant was pretty awful and nothing else around. Fine for a 'stop and drop' kind of stay.

On the road booking. We got in at 10:00 pm, the front desk person was very nice and said there’s a restaurant next door. We went to the room, it was very clean. It has LVP floors, which I like so much more than carpeted hotel floors. I can see the cleanliness, carpet hides and holds a lot of gross things. The bed was nice, the shower has a water restricter on it, the towels were in good shape. There’s not much to the continental breakfast, skip it: yogurt, apples, bananas, 2 kinds of cereal, bread, bagel, cream cheese, butter, jam, doughnuts. Machine mocha, hot chocolate, and latte, regular coffee in the lobby. Overall, the stay was nice, safe, and clean.

I interacted with three different staff members and each was lovely. I was given a very nice room with easy access. The bed was comfy, room temperature easy to control, nice shower, etc. I stayed two nights, but really only for sleeping; I didn't test out the tv or breakfast bar as I was busy attending events over three days both in Ashland and Medford. The inn is perfectly situated for easy access to both communities.

Fair price, clean, rooms serviced daily, had the most delicious pizza delivered from Angelos, we traveled here for business and the staff is sweet, friendly, helpful. Highly recommend staying here!!
