ā THE SPACEā
Mornings at Three Shores Retreat begin with the shimmer of Round Lake, the gentle rustle of woods, and golden light reflecting across the water. Thereās something peaceful about sipping coffee on the deck as loons call in the distance ā that slow rhythm that reminds you youāre somewhere special.
Inside, the living room instantly feels like home. Centered around a beautiful brick fireplace, itās a place where time stretches ā where you curl up with a blanket, listen to the stillness, and feel the world soften. The tongue-and-groove wood interior brings a cozy, timeless warmth that complements modern updates.
Stepping outside is all about connection ā with nature, loved ones, and the moment. The multi-tiered deck and hot tub overlook the lake, creating a gathering spot for sunrise coffee or starlit evenings. A gentle slope leads to your private dock and boathouse, where kayaks and lounge chairs invite slow days spent drifting, swimming, or simply watching the ripples.
Round Lake is part of the Tri-Lakes system, connecting you to Lake Mecosta and Blue Lake, with Canadian Lakes just beyond. Together, they form a playground of winding channels, sandy coves, and open waters. Each day feels like a new adventure, balanced by a calm that lingers long after you leave.

Forest & Flow Retreats focuses on unique homes and experiences so our guests can build memories for years to come. Over 15% of our bookings come from repeat guests, something we are very proud of. As you may have guessed from our name, we target natural properties with water or forest features that create a calm, peaceful and tranquil environment far removed from the hustle of day to day life. As we build up each home, we add special amenities and entertainment so our guests will enjoy their stay, rain or shine.
We are avid outdoor enthusiasts and believe in protecting public lands through conservation efforts and the associated funds raised through hunting, fishing, and orv licenses.
We believe our homes and public lands should be a safe space for people from all walks of life, regardless of age, race, gender or ethnicity.
Each year, we donate a portion of our earnings to public land trusts and / or conservation efforts so that our waters and land can be protected for years to come.
We have hosted tens of thousands of guests over the years across our properties, helping family and friends have a memorable experience!
