Welcome to The New Amsterdam Nook, a modern guest suite designed as a sophisticated European-inspired retreat in the heart of Mechanicsville. This inviting space comfortably fits 4-6 guests and features:

Host interaction is designed to be minimal, allowing guests maximum privacy and an independent stay. However, we are always available by message or phone should you need any assistance or recommendations during your visit.

Guests will have private access to the entire New Amsterdam Nook guest suite, including the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living area, dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, and the large, private yard with its pool, hot tub, playground, fire pit, and BBQ grill.

Entry is via a lockbox located on the patio wall, ensuring convenient self check-in. Please ensure to return the key to the lockbox when you check out.

Accessible parking is available for your convenience.
Parking:
There is a sign indicating where to park, it is by the white fence near the entry of the space. Go up the driveway and continue to the garage and to the right in the grass there is a sign that says "Guest Parking".

Entry:
Proceed through the entryway of the white fence by the garage, which leads to the pool. There is a sign that says "New Amsterdam Nook This Way", follow this sign and go around where you see a set of glass doors.
There will be a lockbox to the left of the doors. Instructions for the lockbox will be sent in the check in instructions.
Please ensure to return the key to the lockbox upon your check-out.

Connectivity: Enjoy complimentary Wifi throughout your stay.
Safety & Security: For your security, exterior security cameras are present on the property.
Pool & Hot Tub: A waiver is necessary for use of the pool and hot tub. The pool maintenance will also come by once a week during the warm seasons to clean and maintain safe pool chemical levels. Pool to close by the end of September annually. Opening of the pool in the spring varies on weather.
Bedrooms: The property features 2 bedrooms.
Bathrooms: There is 1 full bathroom.
Kitchen: A full kitchen is available for your use.
