Rooms need renovation. I could see carelessly painted walls with paint on trim. Excessive caulking around the bathroom fixtures. Beds were very comfortable and had good quality bedding.

Our room was very clean but a little tightly spaced with four beds. It was on 17th floor with partial haram view and no Kaaba view. Staff was very co-operative. No microwave in room. Elevators are very active. Hallways are clean. Directly connects to clock tower shopping mall. Walk to haram from our room door to haram entrance was 5 min or less depending on crowd. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Extremely close to Harm Sheriff. May be at the most 5 minutes walk or less. Health with different staff at different level, very high quality service provided by the staff. I would encourage people to tip them more as most of them are away from their home and providing high class service. Food was great for breakfast, I mean unlimited options. I would like to come back and stay if I am back for Umrah again.
