It didnt feel like a 5 star experience. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is located in the Clock Tower & very close to the Haram. However, the room was small and the bathroom was extremely small and outdated. The pillows felt like they were old and wouldn't fluff. Extremely disappointed.

Overall, our stay was good and we appreciate the hospitality. However, we would like to suggest a few improvements specifically related to the dining experience: 1. Private Dining Arrangements: It would be beneficial to have separate dining spaces for families who prefer privacy, especially for women who observe modesty and choose not to reveal their faces in front of non-mahram individuals. 2. Sunnah-Inspired Dining Options: Incorporating options for floor seating, in line with the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), would not only be spiritually fulfilling for many guests but could also enhance your appeal to a wider audience seeking a more traditional experience. 3. Hand-Slaughtered Meat Options: Offering hand-slaughtered (zabiha) meat would be highly appreciated by guests who follow this dietary requirement. I love the place and it’s convenient to the Haram. I did not like the way I welcomed when check in. We arrived a day late and still paid for the day however when asked to upgrade I was given mistreatment.
