Swissôtel Makkah – Truly One of the Best Hotels in the City I’ve stayed in many hotels in and around Makkah over the years, but Swissôtel Makkah genuinely stands out above all of them. From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable, and the level of customer service is something I have to highlight. The reception team, the cleaners, and even the managers go above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and warmth. You really feel looked after from start to finish. The views are breathtaking, especially if you choose a room overlooking the Haram. The breakfast is also a major highlight — fresh, varied, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in Makkah. Travelling with family, I can confidently say this is the hotel I would return to again and again. I’ve tried several hotels across Makkah, but Swissôtel consistently tops them all. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The best place I stayed in recommend if everybody to stay all the time. Make sure you book a month ahead of time and do it. Don’t do what I did. I tried to book a suite and on a sign the book and didn’t go through. It was a room with three beds and was three of us my mom, my dad and me so I had to upgrade when I got there, but it was a beautiful experience.
