Room and service staff were great. Front desk staff were not grrat. Actually did not do a good job, were not welcoming at all We called for early check in and were told we could come for early check in then we get there after leaving Jeddah only to find out that we cant check in early. This is the staffs fault. We kept getting passed around from 4am to 2pm until we finally received a room. Through out all this, the staff did not make comments / notes in systems for other staff to follow up on so we kept having to repeat ourselves. To me, they were acting like they are new staff, uninterested and unmotivated. They did not care to help or resolve the problem what so ever and had us coming back constantly, giving us false info that a room would be ready in 45 mins, then another 45 mins, then another until we finally received one. I dont believe Ill be coming back. Staff really needs to work on customer service skills, because you can make a hotel pretty but the experience is everything.

This is one of the worst experiences of mine. Came in with my parents to perform Umrah now I will never recommend anyone this hotel. It’s so many things that upset me about my stay here but I don’t want to make it a rant. Spend your valuable time elsewhere do not stay in this hotel. You will be wise to spend elsewhere and make your religious visit more comfortable and convenient. This hotel is mediocre at best. One good thing only was the housekeeping staff only they made my stay somewhat comfortable. Check in staff managers and the property amenities are not even close to a five star hotel. You will get okay and below average experience.
