This property was so nice. Everything was perfect. Next time again we would like to stay in that hotel. Only one thing I noticed, the room needs to upgrade the charger plugs. Now iPhones 17 years so definitely you need upgrade your charger plugs point. Thank you

We arrived at around 5:00 pm; however, when we went to check in, both rooms were not yet ready, and we had to wait for about an hour until 6:00 pm to receive the keys. That said, both rooms were on the same floor and close to each other, as we had requested. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was well equipped with everything needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very diverse, catering to different cultures, with plenty of options, more than enough for everyone, and the service was excellent. We truly had a great time, and the hotel’s location was outstanding—just steps away from Haram Makkah. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Makkah.
