I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the Holy Mosque, which made attending every prayer so convenient. What really set them apart was the free cart service. Even though the walk is short, having the cart available to zip you back and forth is a lifesaver, especially after a long day of Umrah or for elderly family members. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and top-tier service. I will definitely stay here again!
