One of the worse stay in my life when i enter to the room it was before start it ends with three kids bed in room Even i book one bed room......the worst things i didn't sleep the whole night because of the bed matress was so hard that my sleep was gone I have to check out early........even my booking was not refundable i lost money with comfort I will never stay again in my life

Very close to the Haram—only a 10-minute walk. The housekeepers are very polite and doing their best, despite the building being old and moldy. I was expecting a nicer facility, but the location helps compensate for the negatives.

We stayed 4 nights to do umrah. The hotel is close 12 min walking distance to kaaba and if you are planning to go to Haram for 5 prayers it is a great place. The price is very reasonable. One issue is that the rooms are small and has only space for beds and your luggage. Therefore you cannot eat in your room since there is no table. I asked the receptionist and they suggested to eat in the dinning floor, which was very helpful. The restaurant is not operational so you can buy your food from outside and eat it with your family in the dining floor. The hotel needs renovation urgently, many cracks and leakages. When you take a shower, because the bath curtains were not installed properly you can end up flooding the floor.
