Ever intricate detail was taken care of... absolutely beautiful undoubtedly more beautiful because of haram...alhumdulilah. Little expensive as the average person may struggle to afford such wonderful experience...and it would be amazing if every person can enjoy this place

This was a blessing!

It was an amazing experience and overall a wonderful facility. Amjad, the lady who was serving us at the front desk was so kind and so thoughtful. I was traveling with my elderly father. She was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. They have a shuttle that goes to the Kaaba which was wheelchair accessible. We use the shuttle more than a few times a day. Very convenient wonderful facility. Wonderful service will definitely come back and stay here if I’m ever lucky enough to be in Mecca again.

The view from our room was indeed breathtaking, front staff exhibited excellent service, providing a warm welcome and efficient assistance. The breakfast area was a delightful experience with great options available. Abdul Rahman at the breakfast place was amazing and made the start of the day special. It was a truly memorable experience.
