Disgusting hotel, blood stains on the sheets, the carpet is was was so dirty, if I could give it minus I would. There’s flys all over the bathroom, and the bathroom door handle fell off the second we opened the door. Do no stay in this hotel if you wanna enjoy your umrah

The rooms were mostly clean but this is the best you can get for budget friendly stay. Average 20 minutes Walk to Masjid al Haram The staff and reception was open 24/7, and behavior of the staff was excellent. But the carpets were a little bit dirty. Hot water was available always I was a little bit late to check out but they were lenient with me.

Staff was good however the room was not big enough for the three beds. Very tight space between the beds and beds and walls. Washroom was tight as well, toilet seat was getting wet whenever,any one get showered. Actually this was a double room in which three single beds were placed for three people. Location was good in the sense that it took only 10 minutes to get into the Haram/ Kaaba.

Very stupid abusive manager and staff. Staffs secretly opened the door by using the spare key thinking that the guest was not inside but I was about to change my dress as soon as he had I contact he tried to run away and my husband caught him. Complained at the reception and the admin apologised and said by mistake he did it. By mistake using spare key how come someone opens the door as long as without asking to clean they don’t clean the room. It was on purpose. The admin even begged not to share this in my review. Ha ha ha
