We stayed at this hotel during our Umrah trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Haram — which made it extremely convenient, especially during prayer times. The breakfast selection was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit everyone’s taste. Although it’s not the cheapest option, the comfort, convenience, and time you save make it well worth the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah.

The first room we were given was very substandard, but wehn we reported this, the response was excellent. we spoke with the customer care agent called Ayan. she was apologetic and immediately arranged a room change to the refurbished floor. the room there was superb witha great finish and a much superior bathroom. we enjoyed our stay and completed our pilgrimage with great degree of satisfaction and comfort.
