Not walkable for old people, around 25 minutes walk to be inside tha Haram, There are lots of shops near by, some food options also close by..

We had a good stay with a clean room and the half-board really helped save time in trying to find food. The lifts are a lot busier and slower than our last visit - perhaps more people are now staying at the hotel. I also found it odd that they’ve removed the shower doors which leaves a lot of water pooling in the bathroom. Aside from these small issues, the place is great, staff are helpful, location is close enough to Haram. We were satisfied with our stay, thank you!

Breakfast was ok, coffee was instant, not hard to to have a dispenser. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were Ok, nothing special, dogs the job. Great location for the price, not a bad walk at all to Haram.

Slow check in process. Room was not ready at 5pm. Location is ok. 5 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi Rooms ok but not spacious as there was 5 beds in the room. No view as hotel next door is very close so hardly any daylight comes in. Room not cleaned everyday so we'd have to keep calling reception to get them to send cleaners

Proximity to haram was ok. You can cut the outdoor walk especially in sun, by entering Anjum hotel and taking their escalators to haram which is covered and cooler. The hotel was average, rooms were cramped with practically no space except beds. Food options around hotel is limited.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its reasonable distance from the Haram. Other than that, it is not worth the price being charged. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it’s actually a 3-star hotel!! The buffet was very poor, lacking both variety and flavour, and overall poorly managed. Basic amenities such as bottled water were provided very sparingly. In addition, the lifts were extremely slow resulting in long waiting times.
