AL EBAA - AVERAGE

We booked for 18th Sept and was due to check in by 4pm. However, due to unforeseen circumstances of delayed flights, we arrived on 19th at 7am! So we had 5 hours left. The reception staff allowed us to have a later check in for 2pm, but it seemed a little waste for a whole night stay, it would have been nicer for the hotel to accommodate better to keep customers satisfied. The room itself: Was extremely hot with AC not working! Beds not as comfortable as some of the other hotels we have stayed in. Average I would say but we are giving this hotel another chance for 2 nights next week! Let's see how it goes...

I like how the staff clean the room everyday. They should check the cooler fridge seems its not working and some of the food we put were wasted . Overall our stay is good Alhamdulillah . 10-15 mins walk to haram . Much easier if you go through anjum hotel in their underground escalator straight away to haram.

The staffs were really friendly- especially the brothers at the reception and the bed was super comfortable alhamdulilah. From this hotel you can walk down towards Hotel Anjum car park and reach the Haram, which is amazing as it takes 7 minutes to get there!

Really nice hotel with good service, there are a few issues you may come accross (e.g. AC was not powerful enough, Fridge was not working properly, missing room amenities, no iron or ironing board etc). But Alhamdulilah you get decent value for money. The staff were very helpful, ESPECIALLY the cleaners. The service from the cleaner who dealt with our room was extra special (Muhammad Shakil Miah from Bangladesh), who went out of his way to help us with many of the problems we had.

Excellent. Loved it would stay again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. In house cafe was handy, hotel lobby and lounge was spacious , rooms cleaned daily, toiletries left were of good quality, rooms had comfortable beds and were clean and modern. The walk to the harem due to the nearest gates being closed for building works was an issue, otherwise it is a 8/10 minute walk but it’s uphill and you can cut through the Anjum hotel escalates making it shorter. We however used the complimentary buses that Marriot, Double Tree Hilton and Jabar Omar put on for people staying as these hotels were just opposite and they didn’t mind us using it. So we were dropped off at the clock tower entrance . The hotel is just behind the clock tower and located opposite the Conrad hotels chain . They gave us complementary water in the rooms every day. It’s a really nice 4 star. The y lent me chargers and iron too as we couldn’t bring all our luggage and it didn’t make a difference as the hotel offered us mostly everything.
