The hotel was decent for the night. Called in for digital key due to online issues & the representative was extremely pleasant & helpful. Upon arriving at te hotel..shortly after midnight, there were ppl, that didnt look like guests, standing in front near the entrance. Kinda looked suspicious so we drive around the parking lot a few times then they left. Room was clean. Beds comfortable & decent size. Woke the next morning & there was ants everywhere. All over the nightstand, table top for chair, and the desk. Ants even got into our toiletries bag. We checked out & informed the front desk clerk about the bugs. She apologized about the inconvenience & said the general manager would contact me for compensation if i ledt my contact info. Waited 2 days & havent heard from anyone so i called to inquire & was informed because i booked w a third party, i should contact them.
