This house appears to sit vacant and is not well-maintaned. We reserved this home for an extended time and would have moved out sooner had we have been able to find another local property for the needed dates. Pest control and grass was cut within 1-2 weeks following our request, but the spiders were bad - inside and out! Also, ants in the kitchen. The house was very dusty, linens moist, and most furniture stained or significant wear and tear. We needed to clear and were not financially compensated for our inconveninece by the hosts. Vrbo reps were really not helpful! The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with the street not reflective of the quality of the cute town of Mebane - multiple vacant properties, dark, surrounded by woods. I would not stay here again. Will also not likely use Vrbo again.

Perfect for small family stay

The house was great. We were back and forth to my mothers house.It was quiet and perfect for my daughter to nap. It was chilly at night and we found if we left the bedroom doors open there was more warm air flow. Everything else was perfect

Charming cottage

Neat and clean cottage on a quiet dead end road. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Charming downtown less than a 5 minute drive with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return.

The perfect little cottage

The home was perfect for our needs: beautiful, clean, and very well appointed. Our host was attentive and lovely, in touch, but allowing us to have our space and privacy. We could not have asked for a better place for our weekend.
