All in all good experiences. Just a couple compliments, showers are extremely short, beds are extremely uncomfortable, windows only in bathroom where people can look directly in them and no microwaves in rooms. Also can hear every single footstep if you’re on 1st floor.

The proximity to the Dunes was the biggest updside to the resort. We came on opening weekend, and the majority of things were still closed in the area. The front desk staff was very helpful and overall the motel was comfortable for a quaint little town.

Very nice stay, only draw back is if you stay on the bottom you will hear everything above you!! There was a family staying above us and the kids were running back and forth until 11:30 pm. Not the properties fault, and I’m a mom so it wasn’t too big a deal for me. But I would think if anyone else was staying there they would not be pleased. Other than that it was fine and the staff was friendly.

Room was definitely dated. Fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced - judging by the noise it was making it has been out of commission for a long time. Front desk staff said ice machine is broken. Views were wonderful and the area is a lot of fun.
