I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient as well as check-out. Upon entering our greeting was lovely by p a l e o he was informed engaging and very charismatic The warm cookies and complementary water are a great idea The room was clean and the beds were comfortable The food however could have used a whole lot of work we had the salmon and the fish and chips and it honestly was no good however Michelle the restaurant manager rectified things and was quick to respond with a smile and sincere apology we really enjoyed ourselves there it was cold freezing outside it was nice to be able to come into a warm cozy place Will definitely be back thanks again everybody
