I use the valet to park and I’ve had two issues this stay. The first is that yesterday they lost the keys to my vehicle and even though I requested my vehicle 30 min in advance, I was late for work because of the delay in finding my vehicle. Tonight, I had to get my vehicle myself because of the snow. I was ok with that. However, they did not shovel in front of the garage exit so I got stuck trying to exit the garage. Three - yes THREE - of them were standing there watching me trying to dig myself out with my foot!!! I was infuriated! I stay at the archer when there is bad weather because the operations center I work at is 24/7 and I have to be there for my shift. It’s really close to the building. But this stay has been horrible with customer service and has impacted my job. I am very disappointed!
