Had to change rooms three times

The staff at the hotel is extremely nice. I had to switch rooms three times, because the first room they put me in, the TV did not work, the second room they put me in the drapes were torn from the ceiling and lying on the floor. The third room they puts me in was finally okay.

Disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place to any

The place was disgustingly dirty. It was hyped online as a whirlpool in the room. It’s just a regular garden tub in the bathroom… The tub was covered in black mold, and red mold… There was no screen in the window. I couldn’t open the window, there was no battery in the smoke detector, I found a flea in the bed, there was hair everywhere on the floor in the bathroom and around the sink area, there were stains of brown stuff all over the pillowcases and the blanket. I took videos of everything.

Our first room had a distinctive cat smell. We asked for another room and the front desk staff was visibly irritated by our request. Also indicated it was their last room so we couldn't move again if there was something wrong with the 2nd room. The 2nd room was not clean. Our feet were black after walking around 10 minutes. Mold on the wall where it looked like they fixed a plumbing leak. There was a spot of bird poop on the air conditioner. Perhaps a window was left open to air out while doing repairs. Towels were stained. New lamp shades still had the plastic on them - a fire hazard. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and the pole angles upwards, so the curtain fell to the middle each time it was adjusted. The was a lake of water on the floor after the shower. Breakfast was extremely limited. No protein offered. No napkins. A long line for the one waffle maker. The front desk also gave our room number out to someone who was not a hotel guest. They did not call our room first to see if it was okay. A safety issue. Another safety issue was the hallway door. It had a sign that said it was locked all the time and you had to use your key card. It was always unlocked. We haven't been disappointed by Super 8 or Wyndam in the past. We were not looking for fancy, just a place to sleep. But this location was dirty and had unsafe conditions. We were in town visiting family. We will not stay there again and we will tell our family to have other guests stay elsewhere.

It looks like there were many recent updates to the room. But the carpet was not clean and the pillow cases were dirty. We were in handicap accessible room. There was no way anyone with a disability come make it into the tub. It was way too high.

When we arrived the TV didn't work, only one washcloth, the phone didn't work. I had to go back to front desk to let them know. They fixed TV but said the phones on the 2nd floor don't work. The bathtub was so dirty we could not take a shower during our visit. I had to ask for more coffee and they said you can come down to the lobby 24/7. Why have a coffee maker in the room?? The hallways smelled of an odor and the elevator floor had the same dirt in it for the 3 days we were there. I feel they are trying to do the absolute bare minimum. I also asked for a receipt and he said it would be on my email. It is not! I would like a receipt for my visit please.

blood on the bed and toilet, bloody boogers all over the walls. room smelled and was wet to the touch (bed and carpet). shower curtain was broken, spider webs hanging from the door frame of the bathroom. there were little gnats flying around the room. our stay was disgusting.

This location is convenient. However lacks general cleanliness, and maintenance. The first room had stained sheets and towels with holes in them, bugs in the bed I believe silverfish. The buffet was limited and not maintained, no paper towels only a Kleenex box. No television the staff said it would be restored at 6pm the day I was leaving.
