"I had a wonderful stay at the Fall River Hotel and can’t say enough great things about the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome, but I especially want to recognize the incredible waitstaff and Jessica. The waitresses were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Service like that is hard to find these days. Jessica was exceptional—professional, warm, and always willing to help. She made the experience feel personal and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. It’s clear this place is run by people who take pride in what they do. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Thank you all for such a great experience!"
