The man receptionist was excellent. Friendly helpful and caring. A lovely welcome all together. The room was very nice too with good air conditioning. I also enjoyed the pool. So a very good experience. There was also a lovely lady receptionist in the morning.

Good for an emergency

The room was extremely hot when we checked in and wasnt cooling so we had to get a fan (our own). And breakfast was just cold cereal, bread for toast, a few cinnamon rolls. Sunny delight or coffee to drink and a few apples and bananas. Was hoping for waffles like the photos showed and maybe yogurt. The staff was very nice but the place is pretty run down. The pool area has very little seating and the tile on the pool was gross..

We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up.
