The room itself was very welcoming. Clean spacious and comfortable. Love the fact that it's a non smoking environment. Staff member was knowledgeable followed steps and instructions to make my stay as welcome as possible. Thank you for making me feel right ay home. Much appreciated. If i ever need a quiet, time alone and away from all the chaos this is the place to get away for a perfect 10 stay

The room was not clean and had a very foul smell in it. Went to front desk and had them return me my money. The young lady was nice and agreed to put the money back on my credit card. However, I have not received my refund yet.
