My experience at this property was extremely stressful and unprofessional. When I arrived, the front desk could not locate my reservation in their system, even though I had confirmation on my end. Despite their confusion, they still checked me into a room. Hours later, around midnight, they informed me they still “couldn’t find” my reservation and insisted on charging me again simply because I was already in the room they assigned to me. Instead of calmly resolving the issue or taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager escalated the situation and actually called the police, claiming I wasn’t paying — even though the situation stemmed entirely from their own system error. This was the night before Thanksgiving, and the entire ordeal was unnecessary, frightening, and completely unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel and would not recommend staying here. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable.
