Checking in the day of was fine, then next day when we were suppose to check out at 11am which says all over their office and online. So obviously my wife and I were still in our room RESTING and relaxing until we got a knock and then a lady opened our door with a master key an when she saw us she closed the door in which I assumed was the house keeping crew that were going door to door to clean. Then no more than a few mins AFTER that lady opened our door, when I hear the door knock it was the lady that checked us in yesterday I opened it an she said “you’re not checked out?” I said “uh no, and I asked her what time is it and she said 10am, in which I responded, RIGHT SO CHECKOUT IS 11am, and she looked confused like if she didn’t understand on why we were still in our room still checked in. Found that very rude and just felt like they wanted us out already. So she walked away after I closed the door and my wife and I did not like. Would not come back and take my business down the street to the Holiday Inn and pay more to not deal with that.

I did not stay. I had a reservation for 10/17 through 10/19. On 10/16 at approximately 6:30 p.m., I received a call that my reservation was being cancelled due to "overbooking." No apology, no offer to make it right. They just kept repeating that they were overbooked. I ended up having to get a room 30 miles away from the anniversary mass of my father-in-law's death because we had to then get a room in a neighboring city. The lack of professionalism alone makes me 100% I will never step foot in that place. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Not clean

This is my second time staying because of the convenience of the location. Both experiences have been similar. Rooms are outdated. Bathrooms were not clean & had hairs in the corners. Carpet was dirty & had a giant toe nail in the middle of the floor. Staff is extremely friendly BUT Managment is NOT flexible when it comes to rebooking/cancelling a month in advance. I did appreciate that the ac was on before we arrived & the room was cool.
